    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    After deciding the product(s), quantity, & shipping method, simply click the “Add To Cart It Now” Button that can be found at the above of each the product description then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

    Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

    WHAT IS THE CURRENCY OF THE STORE? CAN I PAY IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?

    All prices will be shown in local currency depending on which country (GEO IP address) the customer is in for their convenience. However, when customer checks out, they will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.

    WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

    Orders are shipped from our warehouses in USA and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

    CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 3-5 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

    Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

    NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

    HOW LONG DO I WAIT UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?

    Our handling time takes 3-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

    The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

    When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

    I TRACKED DOWN MY ORDER AND THE STATUS SAYS RETURN TO SENDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / HK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mail box or door step.

    Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is customer’s responsibility to track down their orders. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.


Shipping

We offer FREE shipping in all over the  & a ECONOMY shipping  , , ,, , ,  and REST OF THE world shipping at dirt-cheap prices and accept all major credit card like, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple pay, JCB, Dinar and  Paypal!

In order to find you the most unique items, we have made special arrangements with companies from around the world and our products are imported directly from overseas manufacturers and will take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

But shipping is very affordable and our partners are seeking to gain a foothold in the US market so our unique products are priced ridiculously low or sometimes even and it is well worth the wait!

(Countries outside the US may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive, depending on where the manufacturer is located; we ship to most countries, but depending upon the item may occasionally have to make an exception.)

"Ships-Within Time" is the time needed to receive, process and ship your order after the order is placed and payment information is secured.  To estimate the arrival of your package please consider the ships-within time plus the transit time associated with the method of shipment you selected. Ships-within time may vary on each individual item and is not a guarantee and may be up to 7 days for some products.

As a general rule, Standard Shipping takes between 3-4 weeks to arrive after the Ships-Within Time.  It is not uncommon for you to receive each item separately as items often ship from different warehouses.

Please Note: Items will not be delivered on holidays. Expedited shipping is available and can be estimated during the checkout process before you enter your credit card information and give final order approval. Expediting shipping only affects the time in transit and not the ships-within time. Some of our items are “made to order”, the ships-within time may also include the manufacturing time.

If purchasing clothes and you want to ensure a perfect fit, please tell us your Height / Weight / Chest / Shoulder / Sleeve / Waist / Leg Length / Foot Length / Etc ... And we will help you choose the correct size.

Please note that colors may sometimes be slightly different to what you see on your monitor depending on your monitors calibration

Please order by December 1st to receive your items in time for Christmas and note that their may be shipping delays of up to 2 more weeks during the Chinese New Year which occurs in late January of every year.


International Shipping
Many of the products that we carry are available for international shipping countries outside the US. If your country is not listed, please us for details and shipping costs. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S.dollars only. Unless your order is eligible, shipping costs do not include tax, duty, or brokerage fees which are billed separately and are due on delivery.

NOTE:  Due to the nature of these items, If you order more than one of our free, just pay shipping offers, we must charge a separate shipping charge for each item.  But if you can get 5-10 free ones for the regular price of one you are still making out like a bandit!

Also, some of our manufacturers may only supply us with photos or titles that read 'Free Shipping.'  Please be aware that we normally have to charge shipping for all items, except for our own Free Just Pay Shipping promotions.
